A Birthday Party for Miné!

Can you name the camp where Miné Okubo, Riverside native and noted Japanese American artist, author, and activist, was interned during World War II?

How about the museum where she had her first solo exhibition?

If you would like to learn the answer to these questions and more, come to the Center next Saturday for a trivia scavenger hunt and the chance to win a prize!

The Center will be hosting a party to celebrate the 103rd anniversary of Miné’s birth on Saturday, June 27th from 12-3pm. We’ll have games, birthday cake, and fun for all ages, so bring the family and celebrate with us!
